While the link pretends to take you to "arribada.ebay.com", it's really taking you to http://80.96.131.81/verify.php, which asks you for your credit card info. Want to help? Ping that IP, which will use a bit of its bandwidth, and if enough of us do it, it'll mean fewer people will be victims of this. I'm contacting the needed ISPs to try to get it shut down.
