According to the rumour mill, the last bit of Club Laga will close at the end of the year, meaning a likely end to Ceremony (goth/industrial night). I would be more bothered by this if Ceremony were better, but I still have spent more than a few evenings there. Any time a cultural event dies, it's a sad thing, especially when it goes to make more yuppie apartments in a shrinking town. I suppose on the upside at least these are not in the suburbs.. I might go to Laga on one of the coming saturday evenings for Ceremony. Anyone interested in coming should let me know.
