I think it would be really interesting if we took people for a month, gave them a wiki, and asked them to enter everything they know about the world, sciences, etc. If we were confident that they would understand the difference, we might allow them use of other resources to identify things that they know but have "paged out", otherwise we probably would restrict it to things they know offhand/can remember.
